Frostings: We have carefully selected a non-dairy whip cram icing. It is soft in texture and not greasy or heavy. The color is a soft white. It lays gentle on the pallet, leaving no after taste, or greasy film in your mouth. It brings a delicate balance to enhance the cake it covers. This icing may be colored or have a marbled look to it as well. We can make this look very smooth like rolled fondant if you wish.
Butter Cream: This has a heavier much sweeter taste to it for our brides who love sweets. It can be colored as well. For our Brides who love the simplicity of "Rolled Fondant", but don't enjoy the taste of it. We can smooth ice this icing as well. This way you get the simplicity of rolled fondant while enjoying the decant taste of either of these icings.
Flavored Icings: Wild Cherry, Strawberry, Crème Bouquet, Almond, Crème De Menthe, Peppermint, Butterscotch, Butter Vanilla, Butter Rum, Carmel, Vanilla Butternut Champagne, Amaretto, Lemon, Banana Crème,, Cheesecake, Pina Colada, BlueBerry ( this also adds a slight hue or soft blue to the icing), cherry ( also a soft hue of red, to the icing color), Raspberry ( also adding a Soft red hue, to the icing color).
